Self-locking Structure Debuts at "Most Beautiful" Venue - Pingfeng Campus of Zhejiang University of Technology - 19th Asian Games Hangzhou

Cricket is a collective, interesting and antagonistic team ball game. Through the continuous offense and defense transition, either side can score and win by batting, bowling and fielding. Cricket is a "niche sport" in China, but it is popular in Asia such as India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and other countries.

In order to ensure the smooth broadcast of the first competition of Asian Games Hangzhou, a group of camera platforms 16m in height were set up on the north side of the college building, a group of camera platforms 14m in height on the west side, and a group of cable bridge with 27m in length and 5.5m in height on the south side. The independent camera platform with the self-locking scaffold structure ensured the stability and reliability of the broadcast picture and provided the best angle for competition shooting.

During the construction process, Tong Yi’s team overcame difficulties such as strong wind, heavy rain and night construction, and accomplished the construction of this group of camera platforms 16m in height, also the highest temporary structural platform of Asian Games Hangzhou. The stability and structural safety of the self-locking structure of the patented products of Tong Yi have once again been verified in practice, and Tong Yi team’s ability to overcome the challenge has been fully reflected in the construction of the Asian Games.
